The Development Office of Legal Services of Eastern Missouri has a vision to build support of LSEM as a model agency for efficient, creative, and effective development practices. Our unit's mission is to provide LSEM with adequate funding for present and future programs to meet the needs of our clients.
Since our attorneys provide FREE civil legal representation it is crucial for the community to be involved in the fundraising process. Your concern for the rights of low-income children and families, the elderly and immigrants will profoundly and positively affect their lives and ultimately benefit the communities we all serve and live in.
Your donation can be tax-deductible! Here are just a few way you can make a difference:
• A one-time direct cash gift of any amount.
• A pledged amount payable over one to three years.
• Appreciated securities.
Other ways to support LSEM include a planned gift such as:
• Bequest through a will.
• Support a full-time attorney position in the unit of your choice
(minimum of $50,000 per year for three years).
• Life Insurance.
