The Development Office of Legal Services of Eastern Missouri has
a vision to build support of LSEM as a model agency for efficient,
creative, and effective development practices. Our mission within the
organization is to provide LSEM with adequate funding for present and
future programs to meet the needs of our clients.
Our goals are to:
- seek involvement of the Board of Directors
- maximize financial flexibility by increasing unrestricted gifts
- increase donor recognition programs
- increase community awareness of organization
- develop measurable outcomes to meet the needs of donor
