  Description
Dan Claggett came to LSEM in 2001 after spending more than 20 years in private practice, including 16 years with the litigation department of a large St. Louis law firm. Currently, he manages the Consumer Unit where he focuses on mortgage loan and other consumer finance cases involving Truth in Lending Act violations, and unfair and deceptive practices. In addition, he assists attorneys from other units in complex litigation involving systemic issues. Education: JD in 1978 from Saint Louis University Law School, cum laude; Bachelor of Arts in 1974 from University of Pennsylvania.
