We address the root causes of inequities in child health and well-being, using a community lawyering model to advance systemic change.

We want to hear about systemic issues affecting children:

Who are experiencing homelessness
Who are in foster care
Who are suspended or expelled and receiving little to no education
Who are facing barriers to free public education
Who are in the juvenile court system

We improve child health and community wellbeing through:

FREE civil legal help in individual cases
Impact litigation and advocacy
Community engagement
Community education through know-your-rights resources & workshops
Policy and legislative analysis

Our education justice work (formerly known as the Education Justice Program) is one of our core priorities. We remain dedicated to disrupting the School-to-Prison pipeline.
