This CLE on Immigration law will provide an overview of immigration fundamentals in the United States. This session will help you become more informed about changes in the current laws, how it may affect those impacted by the changes, and what you can do to support people in our community.
In addition, Mollie Hennessee will provide a guide for employers of foreign national employees regarding employment-based sponsorship, including EB‑1, EB‑2, and EB‑3 immigrant visa categories, the PERM labor certification process, and common nonimmigrant worker options used by employers and professionals.
