Beneficiary Deeds Workshop

Join our Neighborhood Vacancy Initiative and Hyde Park Neighborhood Association at this special free legal workshop on beneficiary deeds on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at the Clay Academy.
In this session, you will learn about beneficiary deeds and how to create your own, so you can ensure your property is passed on to your loved ones legally, and does not become vacant or abandoned. There will be a follow up session on Saturday May 19, where you can schedule a one-on-one meeting with a lawyer to review details, and finalize and sign your beneficiary deeds.
