What you Need to Know about Special Education

Join us on Thursday, August 13, 2:00 pm – 2:30 pm for a special facebook live session looking at Special Education.

This will include a brief overview of the Special Education process and advocacy tips for parents, from the initial request for special educational services to Individualized Education Plans (IEP’s). Tips for navigating special education issues in virtual education will also be covered.

This session will be presented by Legal Services’ Education Rights attorney, Maggie LaMore and moderated by educational advocate Hopey Fink.
