Join Legal Services of Eastern Missouri for a special FREE clinic to help you apply for Missouri Medicaid, under the recently introduced Medicaid Expansion plan.
Staff will be available to help with applications, and answer questions, on Friday, September 10, 2021 from 8:00am to 11:00am at the Deaconess Center for Child Wellbeing, 1000 North Vandeventer Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63113.
**This event will be conducted outdoors to ensure safety**
To apply for Missouri Medicaid you will need:
• Name, date of birth and social security number for all applicants.
• Proof of household income.
• Proof of immigration status for non-citizens.
